This newly renovated beautiful cottage is situated adjacent to the owners’ Bed and Breakfast cottage in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Robin Hood and five minutes’ walk from the lovely village of Whatstandwell near Matlock. A fantastic spacious cottage with a Hot Tub Spa available.
It is fully fitted with a roomy kitchen / diner, spacious lounge with wood-burning effect stove, 3 bedrooms, TV, DVD, SKY Free to view and radio/CD player. There is off road parking for two cars. Newly introduced is a luxurious Hot tub Spa facilities exclusively for the use with the cottage occupants. Ground Floor Property has oil central heating and comprises:Kitchen: With fitted units, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and table and chairs.Lounge: With electric wood burning effect stove, TV, free view Sky, DVD and radio/CD player.Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC, wash basin and shaver point

All fuel for the background heating, all power, bed linen and towels included. High chair on request. Two parking spaces available. Partially enclosed patio with garden furniture and access to owners' field. The owners' have a tea room within their property where cream teas and a small food menu is available for guests to use at their convenience, subject to opening hours. Additional guests could also stay at the Bed and breakfast. A hot tub is now available at the property at an additional charge of £3.00 per 30 minute session to be arranged direct with the owner. Sorry no pets.
LOCATION End Cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Robin Hood near Matlock, in the heart of the beautiful Derwent Valley, along the Heritage Way. The extensive grounds of the property provide wonderful views stretching down across the Derwent Valley and Cromford Canal. Just off the A6 which runs throughout the length of the Peak District, Amber Valley and Derbyshire Dales.
The cottage and grounds enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and occupies a unique position tucked away beside the River Derwent and the Cromford Canal, which is designated a site of special interest for wildlife.
