Bakewell Holiday Cottages
Welcome to Bakewell Holiday Cottages, self-catering holiday accommodation.Hartshill and Ribblesdale are adjoining newly refurbished stone-built holiday houses situated just a 10 minute walk from the centre of the thriving market town of Bakewell in the heart of the Peak District. Each house sleeps 5 (and an additional 2 people on sofa beds by arrangement). They are suitable for families or friends at any time of year and if booked together can accommodate groups of up to 14. The houses are well-equipped, centrally-heated and furnished to a high standard but they are not equipped for the disabled. Each house has free Wi Fi, off-road parking for two cars, well laid-out gardens with patio area and secure storage for bicycles and outdoor gear. An electric mobility scooter can be made available for those with limited walking ability.Bakewell is the perfect base for a variety of activities, whether walking, cycling, visiting nearby stately homes (such as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall) and other attractions, or just relaxing in wonderful peaceful surroundings. The town is full of character, with a wide range of shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, parks and gardens and a large outdoor market every Monday, including Bank Holidays.Please note that for in the interests of all guests we operate a no smoking policy and regret that no pets are allowed.AccommodationHartshill and Ribblesdale are adjoining houses.
